Right of withdrawal (returns)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

How to return an item
Please send the item back within 14 days of notifying us.
- The item should be returned complete and, if possible, in its original packaging.
- You may handle the product to inspect it, but it should not show signs of excessive use or damage.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days and issued to your original payment method.
We may wait with the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been sent.
Condition of returned items
If the returned item shows signs of damage or use beyond normal handling, we may reduce the refund amount accordingly.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Claims reported later may not be accepted.
We will resolve the issue quickly and offer a replacement or refund.
Important note about glass products
Our products are made of glass and natural materials.
Damage caused after delivery (such as improper handling, impact, or temperature changes) is not considered a defect.
